BlueBARGE project participates in Waterborne Days 2025 in Brussels

The BlueBARGE Project took center stage at Waterborne Days 2025, an event organized by WaterborneTP, bringing together over 400 European R&I stakeholders to discuss sustainability and technological progress in the waterborne transport sector.

A highlight of the event was the dedicated panel session featuring EU-funded projects driving innovation, where Konstantinos Voutzoulidis from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) presented key insights into the BlueBARGE initiative. His presentation showcased the project’s contributions to advancing sustainable solutions and decarbonization efforts in maritime transport.

The BlueBARGE booth attracted significant attention from industry experts, fostering productive discussions on project outcomes, commercialization pathways, and the strengthening of the BlueBARGE Stakeholders Community. Such engagements are crucial in ensuring the widespread adoption of innovative maritime technologies.

The event saw active participation from key BlueBARGE partners, including American Bureau of Shipping, Elkon Elektrik, HYDRUS, and Magellan Circle, who represented the project and reinforced its impact within the industry.
