On November 26th, BlueBARGE was invited to attend the final event of the GreenMED Project, which delivered the Mediterranean Sustainable Shipping Observatory (MSSO) platform as a legacy tool for the clean energy transition of Mediterranean shipping. This platform is designed to provide a one-stop access point for data and information on fleet energy demand, regional fuel supply chains, and pre-feasibility assessments for decarbonisation options.
In this context, Konstantinos Voutzoulidis, BlueBARGE Project Coordinator from ABS, was invited to present the project’s advancements and objectives as it approaches its final year in 2026. Together with Mr. Voutzoulidis, Professor Nikos Ventikos from NTUA also participated in the event. This occasion provided an important opportunity to showcase project findings to a technical audience and gather valuable feedback on BlueBARGE and its expected results.
